Remote Deposit

Remote Deposit is a service which allows users in their own locations (i.e., remote from banks) to deposit checks as either electronic debits or as electronic check images from which can be produced Image Replacement Documents (IRDs), also called Substitute Checks.  Digital EFT Solutions' patent-pending solution permits all types of checks to be deposited through a single point of entry.  This includes consumer checks (which can be converted to electronic debits) and all other types of  U.S. checks such as business checks, payroll checks, government checks, money orders and travelers checks.   In addition, because we are independent of any bank or bank core processor, we can deposit checks to any bank that our clients choose to use.  In addition to DEFT POS (our Point of Sale electronic conversion option) described under E-checks,  we offer these Remote Deposit services:

DEFT BOC:  Deposit checks via your PC in your back office.
Fax Deposit:  Deposit checks by fax
BOB:  Back Office Banker:  Deposit checks, accept debit and credit cards, initiate ACH's.
